This unit seems to start in the reserve pool during 39 Global War scenario.
How do the Chinese get it on the map?

Could you upload a zipped save file?
I could not find that situation in any of my past games or in the Fast Start.

If the Communist Chinese do not control Sian, then the unit remains in the Reserve Pool until they do.

Of course this makes sense. Thanks. The Nationalists had to walk across Sian and control it now.
