Entering minor countries

Hi,

I'm not new to the game but I can't recall how all the rules for entering minors on the same side work.

For example I have a Rhodesian TERR in Rhodesia and he's not able to rail to Kenya. I'm not sure why?

Can a Rhodesian TERR (theoretically) enter Fr Somaliland (all these questions assume the minor is still controlled by its' 1939 owner - ie France in this case)?

Can and Indian TERR enter Kenya? South Africa?

Can an Indian TERR enter Fr Somaliland? can a Rhodesian TERR enter Fr Somaliland?

Can a Canadian TERR enter Morocco? Can it enter India?

Can a Bulgarian unit enter Romania? (assuming both aligned to GE)

Thanks

Foreign Commitment rule:
Minor countries cannot enter other minor aligned to the same side.
In your question, the Indian and Canadian TERR are considered major power units (as would be South African and Australian and therefore would be allowed to enter other minors on the same side.
To enter you would need a minor country HQ, which most minors do not have (a few exceptions, Finland, Romania, and Ethiopia).

So, if I have it correct the answers are:
No
Yes Yes
Yes No
Yes Yes
No

You can transit through - except via land movement, though. FREX Bulgarian and Hungarian units can rail through, or rebase over, or even ATR through (with a mid-point in) Romania, as long as they don't end the step there.
