I usually have the manual up on my second monitor while I play and the borderless windowed mode works great for this! However, every time I click off of the game to scroll through the manual, the game's audio stops and the music "resets" to the beginning whenever I move back to the game. Is there any way to allow the music to continue playing so it won't restart as I flip back and forth?

Thanks for the compliment, but alas there is no way around this behaviour at the moment. Ideally it would indeed continue instead of reset. I'll add it to the to-do list, but it is not a priority item.
