Blink hot spot

Hey guys!
Even enabled, the blink hot spot option doesn´t work. Ver 1.02 installed.

Blinking in 2D modes only.

berto, I´ve noticed the blink hot spot sometimes does not work. It only seems to happen after enabling labels (Shift+ALT). Windows 8.1 installed.
