If you are experiencing some graphic glitches you could reduce graphics quality. Keep the Shift key pressed while you click on the “play game” button. A splash screen will be displayed where you could select the Graphics Quality, you could choose a quality lower than “Fantastic” then.
If you find a bug or any other problem you want to report while playing a battle, you could take the autosave file at that moment and send it to us so that we can visualize it the same as you do. Mare Nostrvm creates its own autosaves as soon as any new turn begins. It's a nice feature that turn-based games have! The important thing is not to play another turn from the same battle before doing this, because the autosave would be overwritten.
Autosaves could be found at
...\Documents\My Games\MareNostrvm\savedGames\SCENARIO_NAME-auto
send it to:
info@turnopia.com
Thanks for playing!

go into the doc's folder and find where the game data is and delete the file with the password in it, it's called config and retry

sorry but need a bit more information on what your doing and when you get the given error, as above doesn't make much sense i'm sorry to say, the more details the better
How to get a DirectX Diagnostic file:
1. click on "START"
2. click "run"
3. type in "dxdiag" and click "OK"
4. check through the tabs and perform all tests
5. click "Save all Information..." and save the text file to a location of your choice
We prefer that DxDiag files be posted as message attachments rather than pasted into the body of the post.
once the report has been made, just attach it to your post with first adding the file to a zip, which is then permitted to attach to the forum
