Blitz Bonus
From RAC:
Option 39: (Blitz bonus) Add 1 to the die roll for each two attacking ARM, MECH and HQ-A units conducting a blitz attack against a clear or desert (non-city) hex in fine weather.
How does the game define 'units' in this instance? I assumed it referred to Corps-sized units. But I have tested an attack with one MECH Corps, a Panzer Division and a Panzerjaeger Division. I appear to have been given a +1 for this (I can't think what else it would be for) but the Odds Column states:
Armour: 0.00 (+0.758)
Can anyone clarify please?

RE: Blitz Bonus
MWIF has, IMHO, a deviation on how blitz bonus is calculated. Although if it is a deviation or not I suspect can be argued.
Blitz bonus for attacker:
+0.5 per Corps
+0.25 per division
This is halved if you attack across a river with the panzer. So then it is +0.25 per Corps.
Note that +0.5 gets rounded to +1 and +1.5 to +2 and so on.
Blitz penalty for armour in defence
-1 per Corps
-0.5 per division
But once again the rounding can do some tricks. Or so I think anyway. -0.5, I think, is rounded up to 0 and no modifier at all. So a defensive division can just negate attacking bonus.

Are you sure that it doesn't say;
Armour: 0.00 (+0.75B)

Yes it says B
So it looks like what you suggested is what MWIF is doing and that the PzJadg unit does not count as an ARM for this purpose. Can't see anything in the rules to suggest that the MWIF treatment is correct - indeed under a line in the optionals under Divisions, it would suggest its not, but it seems like a sensible view even if not official. Otherwise divisional arm would have an influence out of all proportion to their size.

RE: Blitz Bonus
I missed that the Panzerjagd I was a question.
The rules concerning that unit is under artillery and not under divisions. It is a self-propelled AT-gun. And it does not contribute to the blitz bonus.
Note that when the rules say artillery it means all three artillery types: anti-tank (AT), anti-aircraft (AA), and field artillery (ART).
RAC: 22.4.2 Artillery
....
Self propelled artillery can make breakthrough moves when advancing after combat (see 11.16.5) but are not considered ARM units for any other purpose.
Edit: Divisional ARM, and MECH, do give blitz bonus in MWIF.

RE: Blitz Bonus
From the original rules for Blitz Bonus there would be no point 5 rounding to one for the attacker. The rule states: "add one for each two attacking..." An extra or single attacker adds nada.
A Div is just as good as a corps for this. Blitz Bonus is the 1D10 version of armor/mech attack and defense mods in 2D10 Blitz but there are no fractions like in 2D10.
Maybe MWiF does this differently in which case it is a deviation.

That's what I want to know. So attacking from two hexes one can theoretically get +3 i.e. if one attacked with 4 MECH/ARM/ARM HQ and 2 MECH or ARM divisions.

You could play 2D10 LCRT, the bonus magic integrates better there.

In MWIF the blitz bonus for the attacker is +0.5 per Corps and +0.25 per division. This is halved by rivers. And subject to rounding.
However, the maximum bonus for 4 MECH/ARM/ARM HQ and 2 MECH or ARM divisions are still +3 since +2.5 gets rounded to +3. But, if my memory serves, this is impossible to get in our game since Germany does only have one panzer division.

RE: Blitz Bonus
If you are playing fractional odds does the attacker's net Blitz Bonus fraction get added to whatever the odds fraction is, or is it still rounded first?ORIGINAL: Orm

I haven't played MWiF 1D10, so I'm curious.

This because the fractional odds changes the odds and possibly what LCT that the attacked is rolled on.
The blitz bonus fraction gives a whole modifier on the die roll. So you either have enough to raise it one step or the fraction doesn't count at all.
