When there's the increased partisan activity pop-up most partisan spot are updated to show where a partisan unit spawn are possible. Clermont-Ferrand however stays a 'supply damage' partisan on the display but a partisan can spawn there... as I just found out...

Are you sure they came from Cl.-F. and not zentralmasif?

they spawned in the town itself then proceeded to march into an empty Vichy...
