how to this bug out?

seems either a language / keyboard code issue,...

are you running off the desktop also for the install or have you saved it elsewhere?

if you have saved the download to the desktop, it won't or may not install correctly, as it may not have the correct permissions.

hope one or the other helps?

Looks like the different language of the OS (Korean/Japanese?) crashes with the 'ç' in "Version Française".

Generally not a good idea to use weird high-ASCII characters for naming folders in a game unless you have a lot of $$$ for testing [:D]

maybe one of those time it's not going to install unless it's a supported Language, easiest way to check is add in the English install option on the o/s side and try, if it lets you and your able to read it or understand it etc.

This coding problem also happens on other OS., e.g. Chinese.

In Chinese version the 'ç' was displayed as a mojibake '鏰'. However this would not affect the installation.
Maybe things are worse in the Korean OS.
Anyway, we have to wait for the patch.

Same problem.
My windows system is in English but system locale is Chinese.

thanks for the replies, as at least now the support staff will know a given language is causing an error and can work with the developer to either get around it, or offer a solution

Thank you all. This problem was a problem with ASCII code. After setting the language (USA) (language) in the language setting, it was downloaded.
