The game crashed and stop working when i play two or three turns, then no response? My pc system is 64-bit Windows 7 ultimate.someone has same problems?

Can you tell us which scenario you played and as which player? Meanwhile, I am moving this to the tech support forum as it will get better attention there.

I had a look at the DXDiag file you posted. Now, in general there are language issues, e.g. if you try to download/install. Similar to this -
