I'm also wondering if there is a hidden AI benefit somewhere.

In an vs. AI game as the allies Ive seen the USSR mobilization go down on jan/feb 1941 turn.

Additionally the difference between the vs. AI compared to my vs. Live player game is/was rather huge (30-35%) at the same above point in time. Now the AI axis wasn't as aggresive (modified borders instead of keeping Lithuania, took Denmark via DE (not sure if that did anything) instead of outright DOW, DOW Netherlands in the winter and let Belgium join on its own, and didn't go after Tunisia or Algeria).

Still 30+% and late dropping for no apparent reason makes me believe there is a hidden bonus to the AI.

I Ctrl-F'd for anything that tells the USSR Mobilization to change thru all the scripts, so I don't think there could be anything hiding in there.

It should say 1941.

sPzAbt653, any chance you could post a list of the scripts and events that affect US mobilization? I for one would be very appreciative.

Additionally SU`s mobilization will decrease from banning the french communists and a successfull anglo-french expedition to support the Finns.

What scripts are those in Sugar ?

I really don`t know from reading scripts, just experience.

I don't think this is entirely accurate as I am now regrettably finding out. USSR mobilization is increased only if an Axis unit is within 2 hexes of London, Manchester or Edinburgh.
