Japanese landing craft question

I am making an order of battle for a fictional 2035 JSDF, and I was looking for the utility landing craft they operate. It isn't there, however, there is an "LCM-6". I was wondering, was this intended to represent the LCUs or are they a different platform?

I just want clarification, it technically doesn't matter as they have a pier size that works with the Osumi class and Wasp[:)] as well as a similar cargo capacity. The only major difference usability wise is the lack of a 20mm cannon.

I have tried to edit the boats on Ozumi.
Select "None" as the country, then you can find the LCU 1610, LCU 1627, LCU 1646. They all belong to the US Navy, but they fit in the Osumi (2 LCU).
The LCM-6 is a smaller boat, and indeed the Osumi can have 4 of them.
I've searched on Wikipedia, and I've found that the Osumi now has 2 LCAC, so my suggestion is to use the American LCU or the LCAC (strangely, in game the Osumi can host 3 LCAC).
Greetings

Hi all

Please put all database requests here: tm.asp?m=3436106

This is where they are tracked and followed up by the devs.

Typically there is no real difference in certain platforms that were as simple and widely exported as the LCU's and LCM's so its okay to add the US variant. The only difference is a different word in the country field.

I think it's because the Osumis can carry 2 LCAC + 2 LCVP.
