No, the holiday sale generally does not include titles that have been released within a year of the sale.

A sale close after release is an insult to people who bought it immediately. Luckily Matrix doesn’t do that, it is one of the reasons I really like them as publishers.

not sure if entirely true:). pretty sure after fields of glory 2 came out it was included in the recent halloween sale, which was only a couple weeks after release.

There are occasional exceptions, which are determined case by case, but recent releases are generally not included in promotions or sales.
