The "Korea 50-51" version appears to be bugged ... missing replacement rates.

Curious about the difference between the two scenarios (and curious to play with the editor), I dumped both versions. The only difference (other than title) was that Tutorial had settings for replacements and replacement rates, while Korea 50-51 did not. I'd guess that Tutorial is the "good" version of this scenario.

ok thanks for the report will pass it on and see if a later one didn't make it into the release version also, as it has happened with a few others
