Just installed the game and only have Tannenberg and Kasserine scenarios available. I've uninstalled and reinstalled as admin and disabled virus scan. How can I get the rest of the scenarios?

Check you folder C:\Users\...\Documents\My Games\The Operational Art of War IV\Scenarios

Are there any scenarios there?

You must click on the button at the bottom left to bring up the different sections where scenarios are stored [you are only looking at one]. Info Bar at the bottom is also useful.
