Hi All, Looking for a wee bit of tactical advice.

For the most part I am happy with my management of air power the one place I do struggle though is launching air raids against airfields.

Even when I have high Air superiority numbers my opponents appear able to launch very successful airstrikes against my bases but when I try the same at best the results are mediocre.

Anyone got any tips or tricks for striking at their air power?

I've found a cute trick: Base a lot of fighters in a certain area, I mean several, and then launch a strike on some
target in that area ( a stuka strke on a tank unit for example ) and when the enemy comes to intercept the bombing
mission your AS missions can clean up on the enemy fighters. You need a local air superiority for this to work.

Don't forget you and the other guy can limit the ranges of air units now. That way you can set interceptors to cover sectors thus limiting the above gamey trick.
