Circle of Stars is missing!?

Why is the circle of stars (on the right side) missing? Has it something to do with screen size/resolution?

Usually yes, but also sometimes if you turn on the PO Assist Buttons in the View dropdown, this will move the stars out.

Fiddling around with screen resolution didn't help, but turning off the PO assist buttons did! [:)]
