Dear Tech Support:
Strategic War in Europe - GREAT game, but there is a bug in Community Pack Scenario "1938 Calm Before The Storm". Was on Turn June 1, 1941. Eastern Front. Soviets attempted a Paradrop onto Kalomyja, Hungary. German fighters shot down the parachutists, then... the Error message " Failed (animated_Paratroop_unit_combat):" then game crashed and went to Start Screen.

and things were looking real good for the Germans.

Various other minor glitches such as the AI stating a decision box a few times before it took, once had all my bombers not being able to attack a Brit carrier transiting the English Channel. Showed I only had 1 Hex attack range, I really had level 4 long range maritime bombers.

Thanks for the report and do you happen to have a saved game where the Paratroop error is repeatable?

For the AI boxes, I will ask the author to take a look and for the Bombers not being able to attack a Brit Carrier, could it be that bad weather was the culprit here? It could have been either rain in effect or perhaps stormy seas?
