Ordered the game via Slitherine but the licence key has not yet showed up in the registered email account. How long can this take?

check you spam folder, as soon as you get the link to download, you should also have the serial number as well, as always if it hasn't come in a few hours, contact support at

welcome to the forum btw, and no it should be quicker than that normally, have you received any mail at all?
leave it another hour then try support and open up a support ticket, name and order number, email signed up to etc as it will all be needed as proof of purchase etc
