I found out which file is the one that manages the background for the splash screen and changed it. I'll post the
file to put in your graphics override folder on the next post below.

Just unzip it and drop it in your GraphicsOverride folder.

Nice idea, I tried one to see how it looks.





Had to juggle with the image to take into account the 'stretch' when applied in the game with whatever screen resolution is used.

Here's another one for an earlier era, each screen has to be adapted for the stretch that the game applies in displaying an old format image (4:3 ??) onto modern wide screen displays. The basic image is squeezed horizontally so that it compensates for the distortion the game applies, this one is for a 1920x1080 resolution.

It's not difficult, but each one has to be adapted for the final screen resolution required.

This is what the image in the attached post above looks like. I have posted this image twice, because the first one did not show on another computer. [&:]

Here is the file for backgrounds. Remove the "xx" or "zz" in the file name before placing in Graphics Override folder.
