Getting strange characters for the StuG IV vehicle info. panel -- seems u-umlaut is not rendering correctly:

What is a good scenario/unit or better, a save game to look at for this?
The original files were ANSI, although they should have all be converted to UTF-8, so I need to see what's going on and why it's not treating them right.

Works fine here; it's easily being done in the inbuilt equipment editor or in the language .XML file(s).
