Soviet Reinforcements missed BUG

MWIF ver 2.7.0, the same bug that was fixed about "at start" soviet reinforcements in Global War scenario, continues in Missed the Bus scenario. During Communist China´s setting up the soviet units at production spiral disappear from there and go to the forcepool .
