67.5mb for me. Nothing on steam about it either.

Nothing to get excited about, it was just the .NET 4.5.2 Redist which is included as a game dependency that got updated. Not a game patch.

Well the upside is it might improve stability as sometimes my very large games with a couple of dozen empires after the independents grow large enough start to get buggy.
