I got 2 meesages that Soviets had agreed modified treaty and border moved back to BL, but no-one told the map [:@].

I don't think the player who made this Mod is going to monitoring the Tech Support forum. He has an ongoing thread for discussions tm.asp?m=4205551 but it takes time to perfect a mod.
