I was playing "Be MY Valentine" with the new updated version and got into 25 second delays for movement around turn six.
I noticed that the scenario was set for unlimited visibility. It appears to be a good scenario so I was wondering if I changed the visibility to 12-14 hexes that would change the response time.
If yes, how do I do that? I forgot how.

Open the scenario in the scenario editor.
Open the scenario attributes window.
Change daylight visibility to chosen length.
Save the scenario and you are done.
