I assume this includes the physical version of the game. I am still waiting for two copies that will be Christmas presents...(but I have not received an email yet)

Guess I am lucky. Not only did I get an email, but fedex delivered the book yesterday. Now I will have something to do over the holidays.

I'd love to hear about your first impressions and what kind of trouble installing TOAW, if any, and how you feel now that
you have your hands on the real deal.

Update: Just received my shipment notification including the tracking information.
As for Larry, I had zero problems installing TOAW.

I received my shipping information number on Friday with tracking number but there is no updated shipping information on Fedex - but it is Christmas so chaos is to be expected

Had no trouble installing from the download and installed the beta update. Have managed to bring over some custom graphics from TOAW III and increased the fonts on most things so I can see them without sitting on top of the screen.

I have only dinked around with the game a little. I want to read the manual to get in tune with the new features, plus learn some old ones I never learned under TOAW I. Also, I am finishing up Holland - A Bridge Too Far under TOAW III. Will be looking forward to trying again under TOAW IV.

Am also looking forward to having a go at the Road to Moscow series.This should keep me busy for a while.

Finally, thank you for all you did in making TOAW IV possible. You and the other devoted participants (Ralph, Bob et al) have certainly given us a great Christmas present.

Could I get an email as well? I purchased the manual through the "upgrade to boxed edition" option from Matrix on 12/15, so I expect I will have to wait a bit longer. Not worried about that. Just hoping for an estimate, really.

I ordered the game with the (printed) manual first thing the day it came out but have not received an email, any shipping information, nor the manual yet.

Yes, on the 20th, that it was shipped on the 19th.
