Air Interdiction Question

Hi all,
I play the scenario Kasserine 43 as German. I followed the tutorial. All Allied planes are destroyed and I've set all my planes on interdiction. I am surprised that the Air Briefing says: “Our Theater Interdiction Level is 0%”. I also noticed that my planes are not attacking Allied ground units on the march.
Am I doing something wrong ?

Did you have a look at the toawlog.txt and what about the range and the air units themselves? For guidance and how the air system works, please refer to Tutorial '44; I tried to shed some light on the subject.

I have not changed the range of the air units. I suspect that the range is not limited. The units themselves are well supplied. I do not know what to look for in the toawlog.txt.
Where can I find your tutorial?

Now it works. I have set the advanced game option “New Turn Order Rules” to “On”. Now there are many attacks on moving enemy ground units and our Theater Interdiction Level is 8%.

That is not right, there is something else going on.
