For reasons unclear I cannot find the RHS Level II thread

SOLVED: I renamed the thread - oops

So I have renamed the old thread properly and this is a
link thread only.


So this is the start of a new threat (at least for the moment)

This update updates ALL WINTER season PWHEXE.dat files for all years
(except the start of game file, which is already up to date). It also
adds ALL Japan Enhanced Scenario (JES prefix) pwhexe.dat files which
for some reason were missing from the installer. Japan enhanced
scenarios are 135 and 139.
