I finally bought the game and I'm having fun with it.

I downloaded Alan R. Arvold's Ode to Arab-Israeli Wars Scenario Pack and when I went to install it I noticed that there is already a folder in the mod folder by that name. Is it already pre-installed?

I believe the first 40 scenarios are, yes. Just copy over the files you downloaded, for the complete experience.
