Odd crash

Have not the latest build, but have the (first patch) the one before. 1st turn Kiska Island '43. Moved a ship closer to shore and was interdicted. Message box displayed acknowledging attack. Did not show any losses listed. Wouldn't normally do so but clicked the rounds graphic box for more detail and crashed, the game disappeared.
