How to set a specific BP to be sent in trade

MWIF seems to default to sending London BP in trade to SU. Let's say CW wants to send Calcutta or Bombay BP to SU. How do you do that in the production interface?

Just hit the same problem myself. Had my CW convoys well placed to max production & then did trade agreement to China knowing I had spare resource near there and the game had decided to send the ones from Canada instead which makes two factories idle for CW.

I do know how to change which resource to trade. Although I haven't succeeded in changing the build point.

In production planning form select, right or left, the wording Build point in the Column labeled Type and the game will ask you if you want to change the source location for this BP

Tried to upload a screenshot but Matrix wouldn't support the file type .png

Hopefully the zip worked and it's attached to this

jjdenver,
Per the manual Build Points must flow from a nation's capital, so the system will always use a BP built on the same national area the capital is connected to. That means you can't ship a BP that's close, like Bombay or Calcutta, directly to China.

Sorry, but that's not true. The sending major power can allocate a source factory for build points send. If the CW wants to send a BP to China, the CW can allocate the Bombay or Calcutta factory to send this build point...

Yes, the only requirements are that the factory producing the BP must have a transportation path by rail and/or sea to the BP's destination, that there are sufficient CPs available after all resources have been transported (if transporting overseas), and that you can't send fractional BPs - FREX CW producing at a PM of 1.25 cannot send more than 2 BPs sourced in India.
