For a Matrix installation you go here:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Matrix Games\Strategic Command Classic WWI\SC2 WWI - The Great War 1914-1918\Manuals
C:\Program Files (x86)\Matrix Games\Strategic Command Classic WWI\SC2 WWI - Breakthrough\Manuals
For a Steam installation you go here:
