I'm sure it's not a new bug and iirc already encountered it in 3.04, but when I save my progress, exit the game, then reload the save, all enemy counters are gone and my own forces are slightly misplaced. After hitting End Turn they all reappear in their proper positions on the map.

I think it might have something to do with the fog of war settings and only happens when playing with Reports only.

I have not experienced this, but I have not used 'Reports only' very much. I have suspected that FOW works on your own units, as when friendly units are a long way from the Army commander and become involved in a battle, the battle site is not always where the units were displayed. It's as though there is a time lag in showing the positions of your own units, but when there is a battle the game has to show where they actually are.
