I don't see where USSR's entry has an effect on any country. Of course, there are various scripts and triggers, so I could be missing it. But in the case of this list of USA triggers [and the previous one for the USSR] I search all of the Mobilization scripts for any increase to that particular country, so if there they should show up [unless the computer is cheating me !].

* The actual amount is more than this. This is the 'comment' and if you look at the actual code in the script you will see a larger amount.

Each turn after 1941/06/22

* This one is a one time event and occurs only if the USSR is at war with Germany

If you are following my AAR game with KZ you will know I wish I had paid attention to this one. But I suppose even if I had I still would have finished off Yugoslavia.

I don't think this is entirely accurate, as I am now regrettably finding out. US mobilization is increased only if an Axis unit is within 2 hexes of London, Manchester or Edinburgh.

Doesn't an Axis DoW on Denmark (not by the DE) increase USA mobilization? I don't think I saw that mentioned. Or is only USSR affected?

Does that happen once total, or once for each unit landing, or once for each city? (Sounds like once per city to me.)

"One or more" units in the UK I assume?
I assume this is the act of landing and not "on land unit" is in the UK ... ?

If a script is Type= 1 then it will only fire once, if it is Type= 2 then it will fire every turn that its conditions are met.

The script calling for 1 Axis unit within x hexes of a place, will fire if there are more than 1 within that distance, and the test is normally made at the end of the turn.
