higher = better except reliability where higher = more maintenance required

Sure? I always thought more was better in reliability. The more points the more reliable. And what would more maintenance requred mean? More breakdowns?

Reliability is in fact unreliability.

Would be nice if it was actually Reliability as labelled and higher was better like all the other attributes. Otherwise the description/label should be changed to Unreliability.
