I get this error on startup, "Unable to create multimedia stream sample"
I then get booted out to the Matrix menu.
any suggestions on how to get this game started?

Iv'e tried the suggested install procedure from zakblood.

Win 10 Creators edition.
AMD 8320 8 core @3.5Ghz
32 GB Ram

Pressing the [Ctrl] key while you launch.
Then unchecked "enable video".
Worked.
