Hi,

Can someone tell me how to fix the Screen Resolution problem ( that's the size of the SoW screen ) after
downloading and installing the game. As the game refuses to go full screen on my 17 inch laptop PC
using Windows 10.
Never had this problem with my other downloaded game - Pike & Shot Campaigns as it goes full
screen beautifully.
Suffice to say I've already checked the compatibility for Windows 7 as described in the Tech notes
and all ok there.

Also installed SoW on my Windows 7 Home Edition - 17 inch laptop with again the
same screen resolution issue as the other laptop with the game not going full screen.

So hope there's a simple answer to all this - if no doubt other new users
are getting the same problem.

Suffice to say being Windows 7 - should have no compatibilty issues.

The resolution is adjustable in "options" from the main menu. After changing the resolution settings in options, you have to close and restart the game for the changes to take effect.

I have the same issue with resolution not switching to 1920 by 1080. New laptop, just picked up the anniversary edition. Installed fine adj to win 7 compatibility.

I adjusted it in options and rebooted several times but it is stuck in a lower resolution.

The game appears to think it is in full widescreen but is in normal resolution and will not change.

Any ideas?

on an msi gaming laptop 17 inch screen w nvidia 1070.

The load screens do not adjust but the game itself should br fine. Have you tried to start a battle to check!
