I'm trying to understand how to create a scenario.
There is something I don't get it.
In the scenario, I've posted there are 3 enemy Air base with 20 aircrafts for every Air base.
Once the enemy radar detects my aircrafts the enemy aircraft take-off only from one Air base.
Could you help me to understand what's wrong?

I see the OPFOR launching 18 aircraft from Ghedi, 12 from Grosseto, and zero from Aviano. I can swap to the Italians and manually launch from Aviano, so I think the AI has decided that 30 aircraft is enough for 3 F-15C's.

If you want to be sure that all 60 planes take off then make a patrol mission and tie it into a detection trigger. I've modified the scenario and it's attached. For a bit more fine tuning you could reduce the detection level required and set a boundary at the Italian border so anything that crosses that line, regardless what it is, triggers the mission and then your planes will investigate.
