I just downloaded Order of Battle with a handful of add-on scenarios. Most are working but two:

Rising Sun and US Pacific will not load into the game. It says files are downloaded successfully on installer, but the files are not present anywhere on my computer.

Any thoughts?

I feel the download zip files were empty. I have sent an email to Matrix.[&:][&:]

Hello everyone. Unfortunately I'm new to MAC and still learning my MacBook Pro. I tired the above directions because I'm having the same launch problems but it's not working. I can't navigate to the proper folder. I'm trying, but not having any luck. I need some help. I've emailed STEAM support and got basically the same answer that is posted above. I'm so frustrated. I purchased a game that I feel should be working, should have worked the same day it finished downloading. But no.........
Can anyone guide me through this?? Please????

Yes, you can contact Support for this, but what issue are you having? Steam installs this so there should be no issues there so can you describe what the issue you are having is?

I'm having the same problem. Supposedly I download Kriegsmarine, US Marines, Pacific, and Blitzkrieg. None show up in the opening game screen.
And same with Campaign Series and all I get is the opening screen, able to load a game, and then nothing.
New computer with Win 10, i5 7200u

The link to the update file, when clicked on goes to "file not found".

If I read this right, I download the update first and then the WW2 game file?

uninstall the old game, and reinstall the latest version, either 32bit, or 64bit, and update to the latest version, then see if your other DLC work once added

It takes awhile to get through this old skull, but I was able to make it work from your directions. Thank you for the information and your patience with all of us that have asked about this. One of the reasons I like this company!

Next day, wake up and the game is gone from my screen. Try to reinstall but the "uninstall.exe" folder is missing. Can't remove it from the computer for the same reason. A new download from Matrix gives the same message. Looks like I am doomed to playing Panzer Corps until the end of days.

My hats off to Joe Miller in Customer Support. He was able to direct me in fixing the problem. His patience in working with a non-computer guy is impressive. In gratitude I used my anniversary bonus and added Panzerkrieg to the folder.
