How come the b hotkey doesn't work to combine or merge soviet rifle brigades as the updated manual says it should? Would really
appreciate some help with this! Thanks.

Have you put the units under the same command before trying to combine?

v1.03 Beta 2 - January 21, 2011
Restricted Soviet Rifle brigades so they can't merge into Rifle Divisions prior to May-1942.
Works only after April '42, maybe it's that?

Date, same HQ, 1 movement point left, all on rail or derailed (not mixed)
