BP agreement France -> CW

Stumbled upon an old one recently.
France & CW have a trade agreement: CW gives France 1 resource, France gives the CW x Build Points (in my game x=8, France is about to fall). Maybe it has nothing to do with it, but I noticed that once Paris has fallen into German hands, the BP are not given. In the previous turn france gave 6 BP to the CW just fine.

In the production planning screens, nothing even refers to the BP part of this trade agreement, but in the info->trade agreements form, it clearly is still there.

BPs have to trace from where they are produced to a port they can ship from. Possibly there's no paths?

Edit: That's just off the cuff, I won't have time to look at the save until later on this evening.

You're right Paul, but that's not the case: Nantes produced 1 BP (1x1.25), and could have sent it via St. Nazaire or quite a few other ports.

I noticed though, the CW did fall 1 CONV short to transport that 1 BP from France (I think I miscalculated that night).
But I think that shouldn't matter. Also checked what happens if I idle 1 resource otherwise going through Bay of Biscay or North Sea (freeing up the needed CONV for the BP-transport) and that indeed didn't change anything. No BP transport from Nantes to the UK..
