I think that is the GJK Mod, which I don't seem to have but I think the whole mod is included in the Graphics Folder in this Mod:

Careful with the "tiles_misc" files because if you use one from TOAWIII you are gonna lose the sword icons that mark the BTS and the battles occurred/planned.
