Got to a certain point and the Romanians want their own army commander , fine with me but I cant find how to create
or promote him . Read the manual but no clue can someone help as I don't want to lose all my hard earned prestige points

Hi,

In order to do that you need to add a Romanian Army to your order of battle [new Unit button] and put your Romanian Corps under its command [set unit hq button].

Ideally you should assign a Romanian officer to command that Romanian Army. [officer pool button]

Thanks i never thought of that though i may have baku in a couple of turns so it might not matter much
