How to Install and Run Version 2.0

Hi all,
Version 2.0 it's not just an update (even if massive). It's more a remastered edition of the game. This means that this new version comes with a new installer.
Version 2.0 is free and you don't have to buy the game again.
To play Campaign Series Middle East with 2.0 on it, you have:
- To go to "My Games"
- Find CS ME
- Download Version 2.0 launcher
- Uninstall the old Version
- Install Version 2.0
- Run the game

Edit: Have to be careful after installing v2, if you try the update button it tries to install v1.02

I can't find CS ME under 'My games,' but when I look under "find my order, Digital River," it's right there. Click on download and get version 1.0. What am I doing wrong?

question i have 378 programs installed on c & e but no where is there a CSME program to uninstall.
no uninstall in folder that i can find?
nothing

You have a previous verson of CSME installed, yes? If so, in Control Panel, try Programs > Uninstall a program.

Here's the visuals for above. Note, if you don't see your game in My Games page, you might need to register it manually first. There's a link for that in the My Games page, under Member Services, top right.

If that does not work as it did not for me select core instead of update since that is where I found the update.

nothing was there. nothing to uninstall.
just manually deleted and cleaned register. CSME was nested in some
MS stuff...deleted that and it installed fine.
not sure what happened on initial install. always worked though.

Randy, if you don't see the download in your MyGames page,, I'd suggest contacting Matrix Support to find out about it. I am sure they can solve the issue.

Yes. There's a complete 2.0 Installer at your My Games page. See above.

b) If so, you log-in at the members page and download the update for free
c) If you bought CSME right now (like I did), you download the core program from the members page

I lived/worked in the Home Counties for quite a while... so, I ain't a Northerner or Brummie
Can do good London, Irish, Cider (Somerset) accents though

I am trying to download the installer for 2.0 but is awfully slow.
My connection runs approx at 50 MB/s in download but the download speed from the matrix server is around 25Kb/s, it will take hours to complete!
Is the matrix server so chocked up?

My guess is, it really is a tad chocked up; did you also check the AV settings and firewall perhaps?
