Hello.

For the last few days i am unable to download the latest version.

Either i get a slow download speed of 50 KB at max which will take 5 hours to download a 550 MB file.

Or if i try to re-download the file then sometimes i get an IP blocked Error.

So i ask the devs or to whom it may concern to please fix this download issue.

I waited for so long for the release of 2.0 and now i am unable to download it.[&:]

It's that poxy AV software that causes the issues. What's your AV software? There have been lots of issues being reported about a certain program.

Alternatively, please contact Matrix Support, as they can if needed provide an alternative download link.

I had the same problem
My monthly allowance is only 40gb and i wasted 1.5gb of that trying to download it. 3 times i tried and it was very slow and and kept cutting out and i lost the lot
I eventually downloaded IDM and used that and it downloaded but keep stopping but with a download manager i could pick up where i left off
As regard AV software i have Norton and i have not had any problem like this before
I get the same problem trying to download TOAW4
As this has started recently i fear that it is something at the Matrix end

And where do I find the link to update to version 2.0? All I can see is version 1.02!

Thanks, Zakblood! I was looking under "Updates", when in fact it's under "Core". Duh!

Have turned off firewall and auto protect on my Norton and still cant get more than 48kbs whilst trying to re-download TOAW4
And the download manager is not even allowing continuation after a stop like it did when i downloaded Mid East 48-85
I have a feeling it has something to do at your end

Please open a ticket with Matrix Support and describe the issue to them. They can provide you with an alternate download I believe.

I except what your say about an alternate download site but after having no problems with my other 68 yes i did say 68 games that i have bought and downloaded from here why all of a sudden is this happening
It has to be something at Matrix's end
