Are all TOAW IV scenarios optimised?

Does anyone know if all the scenarios that come with TOAW IV are optimised for the new version of the game? I noticed in the descriptions that a lot are for TOAW III.

Is there a specific scenario you are referring? I still find little things, even in screened and released scenarios, where one can tweak a tad more, especially taking the new features into consideration.
