Ok - I have had the original ME game and played on Window's 10 - so no issues. Now when I download and try to install the new game - the executable file does NOTHING!

The game downloads fine - I double click it and it brings up the: User Account Control - I click Yes to enable it and then nothing happens at all!

Why would the original game work on windows 10 and now this New game will not?

I even re-purchased the game and spent $50 (got the boxed version too) and now I am thinking I need a refund unless there is some kind of magic solution to my issues!

Just curious if this new version was actually tested/played on Windows 10 as well as trying to run the new patch?

Try turning OFF your anti-virus software.

That would be my first guess too. I assure you this has been thoroughly tested on Windows 10, on a number of systems. So many HW/SW combos out there though, I'd suggest opening a Matrix Support ticket too, if you can't run the installer with your anti-virus software off. They are well equipped with that sort of issues, while we are obviously better equipped with game related issues.
