For ground attack interdiction which is better: 1000 pounders or more 500 pounders?

For ground attack interdiction which is better: 1000 pounders or more 500 pounders?
for interdiction, generally more bombs rather than big bombs. Also if you are doing GA-unit attacks use bombs, if GA-interdiction then rockets (better against moving targets)
