I think you need to try a different malware product.

Because there are not many downloads, these file automatically get tagged as suspicious. The reality is that there is no malware.

I always need to override it when I run it the first time.

I still run a full scan and there is no malware found.

I tried to modify the Defender settings but am still getting the problem. the exact Trojan is as follows:
trojan 3awin32 2fazden.a!cl

Try downloading a different antivirus antimalware program. Maybe also do a scan on your machine just to make sure.

I use Norton and Defender is disabled. Norton behaves differently. It takes it, but you can override it and then scan it.
