Beeing swedish-speaking I was a bit concerned about certain map names in Sweden (in graphic).
The dot:ed letters are a pain I can understand.
It´s not that important, but maybe it´s easy to fix.
From north to south
Name -- Should be
Bersgladen -- Bergslagen
Gastrikland -- Gästrikland
Kollackann -- (Kolbäcksån, wrong location) should be, Arbogaån
Lac Mälaren -- (Missing, left of Stockholm (3rd largest lake))
Bottniska Viken -- (is further north) should be, Östersjön (or Baltic Sea)
Finska Viken -- (or Gulf of Finland, Missing)
Lac Hjalmaen -- Lac Hjälmaren
Lac Vannern -- Lac Vänern
Svealand -- Sörmland
Västergotland -- Västergötland
Lac Vattern -- Lac Vättern
Lagan -- (wrong location) should be, Ätran
Smäland -- Småland
Skäne -- Skåne
Moramssan -- Mörrumsån

I dont think the map tiles are easy to fix, the tooltips and database changes I would think are in theory possible.
In Finland the other läns are correctly named but Karelia is in Finnish.
Same with the towns and regions, some are in Finnish and some in Swedish, I personally would use just Swedish inside Swedish realm.
Historically the great reductions before the war signaled clearly that Estland and Livonia where going to receive the same status as the traditional lands in Sweden and Finland.
And there are some typos in Finland also so if someone starts fixing these then I can also give a list.

Great to have natives of the areas weigh in. Adds to the quality of the product.

It will be hard to fix the names printed on the map graphics without redoing the whole map files unfortunately. What can be done is correcting the DB and tooltips thoughh

I would leave that to the last patch as they dont affect the gameplay in any way, fine tuning values for units and structures, decisions and events based on feedback will give more bang for the buck IMHO.

Since PC games are no longer really sold via physcal CDs, unless offered and opted for, it might make sense to make the map changes and substitute the revised files in the base install offered for download, not in a "patch" per se. Hopefully that could be effected and interested users could re-download the install.

If you decide on changing some texts, please include.
Sverige flotan, to Svenska flottan (it´s also in the rulebook p.34).
Thanks.

Smaland and Skane are very obvious errors producing very different pronunciations and have irked me.
