I noticed that I could not get any of my Spanish naval units into the Med using the Axis into the Med loop.

This always worked for German U-boats, but when I tried it with the Spaniard CL and CA that becomes available when Spain joins the Axis, it did not happen. I had these units stationed on the entry into the Med (1 turn) loop hexes, and nothing happened for three turns in a row! Is this WAD?

The only way I got to move the said Spanish naval units into the Med, was when I finally captured Gibraltar.

You're right, there is an issue with the condition position in the scripts preventing them and some others from using the loop.
